Ainsley Chapman has translated over 20 years of progressive management experience into a leadership style that is strategic, collaborative, results oriented, transparent, financially sound, and delivers social impact. She is focused on expanding ehm’s mission by intelligently stewarding donors’ money to create and deliver high impact programs and services to people struggling with homelessness and poverty. Under her leadership, ehm was named one of Canada’s top 100 charities in 2019 by Moneysense magazine.

Ainsley is a Certified Association Executive, Certified Fund Raising Executive, and has a Masters in Sociology. She previously served as the executive director of Thyroid Cancer Canada and led program development and planning for a number of local, provincial, and national health charities.

Jennifer has dedicated her career to creating programs and services that make our clients feel valued and help them to overcome their struggles with poverty and homelessness. Her work is at the heart of EHM.

The EHM Residence, Drop-In Centre, and Dental Clinic all benefit from Jennifer’s direction and offer EHM clients the support they need, combined with compassion and respect. Under her leadership, EHM has formed partnerships with other agencies, helping to ensure that our services and programs continue to evolve and support those facing the challenges of unemployment, homelessness, and social isolation.

Jennifer is a graduate of McMaster University and holds an MA in public policy and administration from Toronto Metropolitan University. Prior to EHM, she was the assistant director of The Open Door in Mississauga.
