Campaign Dignity is a $6 million campaign to eliminate the debt incurred with the construction of our new building. These funds are needed to ensure that expanding and enriching programs are future priorities - not paying down interest and principal.

For more than 90 years, Evangel Hall Mission, an inner-city mission of The Presbyterian Church of Canada, has served the people who are homeless, hungry and ill - that find themselves in downtown Toronto - meeting their material, emotional and spiritual needs. Today, the need is greater than ever. In the Toronto area alone thousands live in extreme poverty, many on the streets. More than 70,000 households are waiting for affordable housing.

Homelessness can be prevented or reduced through effective community outreach and affordable housing. To meet the growing need, Evangel Hall Mission’s new facility not only allows us to expand our programming, but also provides 84 new addresses for our residents – a much-needed resource in the Toronto area.
